Conversazione
Trio · Flute, clarinet & harp
A musical conversation connecting Switzerland’s language regions through music and spirit – on tour in Lugano, Kirchlindach and at Theater Uri in Altdorf.
At its heart is a trio of Taiwanese clarinettist Irene Chen (Bern), Ticino harpist Elisa Netzer and Italian flautist Tommaso Maria Maggiolini.
The programme ranges from the Baroque through Debussy to Piazzolla and contemporary Asian and Swiss music – including a work by composer Stephan Hodel. Hodel presents the concert himself, guiding the audience to a deeper understanding of the programme from a composer’s perspective.
